The project focused on repositioning an existing commercial asset through strategic renovation. Legacy office layouts were selectively demolished and rebuilt with a modern design language, creating brighter, more functional work environments.

Interior spaces were completely refreshed with contemporary finishes, upgraded employee amenities, and improved circulation, while exterior improvements enhanced curb appeal and reinforced the property's presence within the market. The result is a modern flex property designed to support a broad range of commercial users.
